1. Data Collection:

Voluntary Information: We collect personal information (such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number and employment info.) that you voluntarily provide to us when you submit a "Contact" inquiry form, if you submit a donation, or if you subscribe for our newsletter. 

Automatic Information: Our site automatically collects information about your browser or device, including IP address and hardware model. 

Cookies and tracking tools: Our site uses tools like Google Analytics to track activity on our site. 


2. Date Usage & Data Sharing

Purpose: We may use Voluntary Information you provided to us to respond to your message, to send you a thank you email for a donation, to send you a newsletter, or to send you an update about our campaign.

We will never share any Voluntary Information or Automatic Information we receive with anyone else. Automatic Information obtained is only ever used to review site traffic.  

The Department of Elections has shared some voter data with us. We may contact you via text message if your phone number was provided to us by the Department of Elections, with information about our campaign. We will never share your voter data information with anyone. If you receive a text message from us, there is a Google Form below where you can Unsubscribe from any future text messages.

We will NOT share any of your data with third-party vendors, service providers, or contractors. 

Legal Obligation: The only instance in which we may need to disclose any of your information is if we were legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or a judicial proceeding. 


3. User Rights

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from our campaign emails and/or campaign text messages at anytime by filling out the Unsubscribe Google Form below.
